i am very disappointed with the product After sales service, when we are placing order the sales team is ready 24/7/365/ even to the seconds. after purchase all After sales is not available. email is responded after several days, that also required SEVERAL REMINDER.
A good tech product become obsolete if after sales SLA is BAD, that affects productivity means losing dollar while waiting for response. in my case we are trying to deploy the device, Imagine, if we are deploying it and help is nowhere. UROVO needs to beef up the After sales provided . . . . .
